The Marcel Dzama show currently up at the Musée d’art contemporain (MAC) de Montreal is a feast for the eyes. This is Dzama’s largest solo exhibition (cudos to the MAC), and features not only gorgeous large scale drawings in his signature style and colour palette (composed on several sheets of paper laid out to form a larger canvas, or on aged player piano paper scrolls), but also elaborate dioramas, sculpture, paintings and film.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to peek into the inner mind of this young and influential Canadian-born artist.

The show is up until April 25th, and don’t forget that Wednesdays from 6-9 pm admission is free.
